Report on Prajna Vaibhavam – Business Plan Presentation

In order to encourage innovative thoughts and entrepreneurial skill among the MBA students, the Prajna Vaibhavam platform of Poornaprajna Institute of Management is conducting Business Plan Formulation and Presentation competition. This round of competition is conducted for the first and second year students of MBA, separately.

The Business Plan Presentation round of Prajna Vaibhavam for the Fourth semester (second year) MBA students of 2024-26 Batch was started in the month of May 2026 and it continued till July 2026. A total of six sessions of two hours each took place. There were sixteen teams which presented on different business plans developed by them. Each team consisted of five members. The presentation was supported by PPT slides. Each session of business plan presentation was judged by a panel of two judges on rotation basis. When judges ask questions or give feedback on the business plan presented, it is expected to polish and further fine turn the business plans. Students making presentation are awarded marks individually out of a maximum of 25. On adding the marks of individual students of the team, team score is decided.
