Poornaprajna Institute of Management has formed the skill development and placement cell “POORNAKASH” which comprises of faculty and student coordinators in order to assist the students to get placed at reputed organisations and have a fruitful career after the completion of the course.
The institute has a dedicated placement room completely air conditioned for the company delegates to organise recruitment and selection process. Adjacent to the placement room there is Prajna Hall with the capacity of 200 seats completely air conditioned wherein organisations can deliver pre placement talks and organise skill development training for the students.
There is a dedicated Poornakash notice board to regularly and formally communicate the staff and the students regarding the activities of the placement cell. The institute has a state-of-the-art computer laboratory with 30 computers along with internet connection, webcams and headphones to facilitate virtual recruitment processes through online platforms.
Students can prepare themselves for the interviews by indulging in reading magazines, competitive exam materials and books available in the library equipped with more than 6000+books, magazines and journals. There is a facility of a reading room adjacent to the library for students to leisurely sit and indulge in the joy of reading while they prepare for the job interview process.
