Sports Day was held at Poornaprajna Institute of Management on 13-4-2018 His Holiness Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji, President, Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council and Chairman, Governing Council, Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Udupi addressed the students. Director of the Institute, Dr, Bharath and other faculty members were present on this occasion.
The following indoor sports events of first and second year MBA students for the academic year 2017-18 was held in the indoor stadium under the supervision of Physical Education Director, Mr. Sukumar from 11-04-2018 to 17-04-2018.
· Shuttle Badminton
· Carom
· Chess
· Table Tennis
All the above events are individual events and held separately, for boys and girls.
The annual outdoor sports meet for the academic year was held on 13-04-2018 at the institute’s ground under the supervision of Physical Education Director, Mr. Sukumar and the following events were held:
· Basket Ball – only for boys
· Throw Ball – only for girls
· Volley Ball – both for boys and girls
· Tug of War – both for boys and girls
All the teaching staff were present on the ground and assisted Mr. Sukumar on the day of annual sports meet in the smooth performance of different events.
