
The Company Presentation session under Prajna Vaibhavam was conducted at the Prajna Hall of the Institute on 15th May 2026. The session featured presentations by two teams from the First Year MBA (2025–27 Batch), showcasing their innovative company concepts and business plans.

The two presenting teams and their respective company presentations were:
- Team G presented their business concept titled “Smart Desk Bottle’’
- Team N presented their business concept titled “Synapse Notes”
The session was attended by the Director of the Institute, Dr. P. S. Aithal, along with faculty members from the Department of MBA. Valuable feedback on the students’ performances was provided by Dr. Krishna Kothai. The presentations were evaluated by the external judge Prof. P. Kodancha and faculty member Prof. Venkatesh Shetty.

The event commenced with a warm welcome delivered by Ms. Rakshitha. The session was compered by Dr. Diana Saldanha, Faculty Coordinator for Prajna Vaibhavam. The program concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Mr. Shravan.

Questions and Feedback for Team G – “Smart Desk Bottle”
Following the presentation, an interactive question-and-answer session was conducted. Students, faculty members, and judges raised several insightful questions regarding the business model, innovation, marketing strategy, product functionality, and scalability of the concept.

The questions raised for Team G were as follows:
- Team L – Nihan questioned on inspiration behind the idea.
- Team K – Keertana asked about the risks involved in the business.
- Venkatesh Shetty questioned how customer can trust the product If battery issue arise.
- Team I – Anusha asked about the technology used in the product.
- Team J – Arathi questioned how the company would handle app crashes or Bluetooth connectivity issue.
- Team M – Pratham asked how hydration tracking would work if multiple users shared the same bottle.
- Team O – Srivats questioned how the product would survive extreme temperatures and accidents
- Team P – Suma asked how the company would convince customers to buy your product.
- Team F – Ranjith questioned how the company would manage e- waste.
- Team E – Prathvin asked how the company would convince customers that the product is worth its price.
- Team B – Ananth questioned the backup plan if the product does not work.
- Team F – Riya asked why customers could not simply set alarms on their phones instead of buying the product.
- Team A – Amrutha questioned the biggest challenge in making customers switch from normal water bottles.
- Team C – Eashwari asked how the company would compete with international players.
- P. Kodancha gave individual comments and suggestions for improvement to the participants and also questioned whether the bottle is thermoregulated.
- Venkatesh Shetty asked the team to present their sales pitch and questioned the need for using a battery in the product.
- Venkatesh Shetty also asked how frequently the bottle reminds users to drink water.

At the conclusion of the interaction, Dr. Krishna Kothai appreciated the presentation by Team G and provided valuable suggestions and constructive feedback for further improvement.

Questions and Feedback for Team N – “Synapse Notes”
Team N’s presentation on “Synapse Notes” also witnessed an engaging interaction session, where participants and judges raised questions focusing on technology integration, market competition, pricing strategy, customer adoption, product durability, and data security.
The questions raised for Team N were as follows:
- Team L – Nireeksha questioned the role of OCR technology in the product.
- Team I – Ananya asked why students would buy the product when schools do not allow gadgets.
- P. S. Aithal questioned why students would go through the hassle of writing notes in the product when they can record and generate notes directly.
- P. S. Aithal also commented that the profit margin is too high.
- Team J – Deeksha questioned how the company would compete with existing competitors.
- Team K – Hena asked whether the selling price would be affordable for students.
- Team M – Prajwal questioned whether the product has a search option.
- Team O – Shravya asked what customer problem the product is solving.
- Team P – Swathi questioned how the company would ensure data security.
- Team A – Aditya questioned why customers should use the product instead of applications like Microsoft Notes and similar platforms.
- Team F – Renisha questioned what conviction or data the company has to prove that students will shift from traditional note-taking to the product.
- Team C – Jnanambha questioned the durability of the synthetic paper.
- Panchami asked how many times the paper can be reused.
- Venkatesh Shetty questioned how practical it would be to wait for the ink to dry.
- P. S. Aithal questioned the cost of the pen.
- P. Kodancha gave individual comments and suggestions for improvement.
- Team C – Eashwari questioned the resale value of the product.
- Team H – Spoorthi questioned how the company would handle competition from global players selling at lower prices.
- Team B – Ananth asked whether the product can be used without an internet connection.
- Team D – Manjunath questioned the estimated total revenue and profit.
- Team G – Sathwik questioned how scalable the product would be in India.
- Team K – Prashanth questioned how the company would attract customers.

In his concluding remarks, Dr. Krishna Kothai commented that the presentation required more detailed research and careful analysis regarding the technical aspects discussed in the product presentation.

The session concluded successfully with active participation from students and faculty members. The presentations provided an excellent platform for MBA students to demonstrate their entrepreneurial thinking, presentation skills, business acumen, and innovative ideas under the banner of Prajna Vaibhavam.
