Success is not a distant mirage but a priceless treasure that lies within every student’s hard work, discipline, perseverance, and unwavering determination to achieve their goals, said Mr. A.P. Kodancha, Placement Officer of Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Udupi.
He was speaking as the chief guest at a special motivational programme organized for the students at Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Udupi.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Kodancha said, “Success does not come easily to anyone. It is the outcome of our work culture, punctuality, discipline, and consistent efforts. Students should cultivate systematic study habits and give equal importance to smart work along with hard work. Self-confidence, continuous learning, and the ability to treat failures as stepping stones are essential for achieving one’s goals.”
Recalling the famous quote of the great Chinese philosopher Confucius, “Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall,” he emphasized that failures are a natural part of life, and the true secret of success lies in learning from them and moving forward with determination.
Former Director of Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Dr. Bharath, was also present on the occasion and conveyed his best wishes to the students. A large number of students participated in the programme and benefited from the motivational session.
