Report on Company Presentation under Prajna Vaibhavam organised on 22nd May 2026

The Company Presentation session under Prajna Vaibhavam was conducted at the Prajna Hall of the Institute on 22nd May 2026. The session featured presentations by two teams from the First Year MBA (2025–27 Batch), showcasing their innovative company concepts and business plans.

The two presenting teams and their respective company presentations were:

Team H presented their business concept titled “Auraflex: comfort in every climate’’

Team O presented their business concept titled “Mystery Miles

The session was attended by the Director of the Institute, Dr. P. S. Aithal, along with faculty members from the Department of MBA. Valuable feedback on the students’ performances was provided by Dr. Krishna Kothai. The presentations were evaluated by the external judge Prof. Ramakrishna Nayak and faculty member Prof. Venkatesh Shetty.

The event commenced with a warm welcome delivered by Ms. Sakshi Shetty. The session was compared by Dr. Diana Saldanha, Faculty Coordinator for Prajna Vaibhavam. The program concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. Spoorthi.

Questions and Feedback for Team H – “Auraflex: Thermal Adaptive Blazers”

Following the presentation, an interactive question-and-answer session was conducted. Students, faculty members, and judges raised several insightful questions regarding the business model, innovation, marketing strategy, product functionality, and scalability of the concept.

The questions raised for Team H were as follows:

Dr. Aithal: justify the low salary amount

Why no mention of payment options in social media?

Team K: How is this suit different from blazers?

Team L: How will it affect aesthetics. Are there varieties available

Team N: How much extra weight does battery and sensor add to your suit?

Team I: what is the value if they rarely use such clothing?

Team P: is there risk of electric shock?

Team M: how will you handle complaints if the suit doesn’t regulate temperature

Team F: justify the price of 15k

Prof Ramakrishna: What is the justification for high pricing when competitors are selling it for lower price

Team N: In case of issues who should the consumer contact?

Team G: what is the backup plan if the features dont work

Dr. Diana: Question on reusability and washability

Deeksha Team C: Question on training the staff to handle issues

Team B: Question on sustainability of the product

Team D: what factors could affect customer adaptability

Team O: Question on warranty, distribution channels

Prof Venkatesh: How do you justify the weight of the suit for daily wear by the target market

Dr. Krishna Kothai: Commented on the fact that students have improved in their Questioning skills. Appreciated the follow up questions and the way the participants handled them. He encouraged students to work on their presentation skills in the coming sessions.

 

Questions and Feedback for Team O– “Mystery Miles”

 

The questions raised for Team O were as follows:

 

Team C: what is your contingency plan if a location turns unsafe

Team B: how will you survive during financial crisis etc when customers can’t afford travel

Team D: how does gamification improve customer experience

Team E: how will you build trust when a customer doesn’t know the destination

Prof Venkatesh: how will you handle customer cancellation

Prof Ramakrishna: how will you handle competition from existing platforms?

Dr Aithal: gave a situation and asked the team to come up with a convincing sales pitch

Dr. Diana: Question on feasibility of Business plan and strategy

Team J: inspiration behind the business

Team A: justify the pricing and profit margin

Team F: how do you balance adventure and safety

Team M: explain your customer acquisition strategy

Team P: how will you manage multiple refunds

Team I: how will you handle customers with special needs

Team N: how will you handle fear of flying

Team L: How will you handle if there are issues from hotels side

Team K: how will your company perform in off season

Team H: how will you handle the safety of customer data

Dr. Kothai: appreciated the out of box thinking but expressed concern over feasibility of the project presented.

In his concluding remarks, Dr. Krishna Kothai commented that the presentation required more detailed research and careful analysis regarding the technical aspects discussed in the product presentation.

The session concluded successfully with active participation from students and faculty members. The presentations provided an excellent platform for MBA students to demonstrate their entrepreneurial thinking, presentation skills, business acumen, and innovative ideas under the banner of Prajna Vaibhavam.
