Eligibility: Candidates should have PhD Degree from a Recognized University in India/Abroad.
SUBJECTS: Business Management, Education Management, Technology Management, Ancient Indian Knowledge System, Environmental Management, Commerce & Accounting, Social Science & Sustainability, etc.
Duration: One Year to Three Years.
Mode of The Programme: Part-time (Option to Online/Blended).
Structure of the Programme: Registered Candidates have to publish a minimum of two journal articles and a minimum one conference paper/edited chapter in a peer reviewed journals and edited books, respectively, along with a Mentor provided by PIM and have to submit a PDF Report (consisting of consolidated published papers) to PIM for the Certificate along with online/offline project presentation.

Annual Fees: Rs. 30,000 (For Indians)/ $1,000 (For others).

Responsibilities of PDF Scholars:
(1) Publishing Requirements: As a PDF scholar at PIM, you are expected to publish at least two scholarly articles in journals indexed by Google Scholar, UGC-CARE, WOS, or Scopus, along with one conference paper or a chapter in an edited book during your one-year PDF program.
(2) Research Leadership: You will serve as a coordinator for a Micro-Research Centre, working closely with your mentor to drive research initiatives at PIM.
(3) Publication of PDF Report: After receiving your PDF certificate, you will be required to publish your PDF report as an edited book, complete with an ISBN and DOI.
(4) Annual Research Conclave: Your active participation in the PIM Annual Research Conclave is a vital part of your PDF journey.
(5) Peer Reviewing: You will contribute to the academic community by reviewing selected journal articles for PP International Journals.
(6) Invited Paper Presentation: You will deliver an invited paper presentation, either online or offline, at the annual PDF Conference, and your work will be published in the PIM Edited Annual Research Book.
