Dr. Bharathi Karanth, Associate Professor, PIM conducted training programs for 3 different batches of Healthcare warriors of Aadarsha Hospital Udupi. On 11th February the theme of the training program was “Communication and Soft skills for enhancing patient care”. Nurses, Receptionists, Security Guards, lab technicians, respiratory therapists, insurance clerks, and floor coordinators were the beneficiaries of these three sessions. Around 100 Healthcare workers participated in the session. Thanks to the officials and employees of Aadarsha Hospital for making all the necessary arrangements. A very special thanks to Dr. G.S. Chandrashekar sir for providing our faculty members an opportunity to conduct the workshops.
