ETICA THE HR FORUM OF PIM – ZEST 2K23
Etica- The HR Forum of the institute conducted an intra-collegiate fest “ZEST 2K23” on July 13, 2023. Eticans Deeksha and Vaishnavi Hebbar compered the event with lot of enthusiasm and confidence moreover they were supported by their team of Eticans comprising of students from HR domain. Participants were divided into teams and were motivated to participate in various events such as quiz, case studies and stress interview.
The fest was presided by the Director of the Institute Dr Bharath V. and the Chief Guest was Mr. B. N. Amin, General Manager -HR at Prakash Retail Pvt. Ltd. Well known as HARSHA throughout coastal Karnataka. The faculty coordinator of HR Forum Prof. Santhosh Prabhu, the Teaching and the Non-Teaching faculties were present during the event.
Mr. B N Amin addressed the students giving them lot of insights on the corporate life, the need to plan and achieve goals in life, etiquettes while attending job interview etc.
Subsequently, the winners and runners-up of the various event were announced, building up anticipation among the participants. As the atmosphere brimmed with excitement, the much-awaited prize distribution took place.
Ms. Vaishnavi presented a beautifully hand-crafted painting to the resource person as a token of gratitude. Finally, Sameer Hegde took the stage to deliver a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to all the participants, volunteers, organizers, and the resource person for their invaluable contributions in making the event a resounding success. With these meaningful moments, the event came to a triumphant close, leaving everyone with cherished memories and a sense of accomplishment.
The Institute and the participants appreciated the team of Eticans – 2023 for putting up a good show and executing a well-planned event.
