The fourth batch of MBA students (2009-11) of Poornaprajna Institute of Management had a reunion via virtual mode on Saturday 10th of June 2023. The google meet platform was used for the interaction. The meeting lasted for about 1.5 hours between 11.30 am to 1 pm.
Mrs. Diana Saldanha Furtado, Assistant Professor PIM as well as Secretary of the PIM Alumni Association hosted the virtual meet. The Director, Dr. Bharath V, gave his introductory remarks. The faculty members Dr. Bharathi Karanth, Dr. Naveen Kumar, Prof. Sujatha G.L, Prof. Santosh Prabhu and Prof. Shivanand Bhandharkar attended the event. The alumni also interacted with the members of the non- teaching staff as well as the current outgoing batch students from 2nd year MBA. This was followed by a virtual tour of the institute building and premises.
Overall, the interaction turned out to be a memorable experience as it brought together members of the PIM family spread across different geographical locations. Various updates on personal and professional challenges and accomplishments were discussed and new ideas for further such events were suggested. The alumni expressed their interest in helping out in placement related activities and conveyed their best wishes to their alma mater.
