Three-day Inter-collegiate chess tournament of Mangalore University will be inaugurated at Poornaprajna Institute of Management at Udupi on 20th September 2019. His Holiness Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji, President of Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council will inaugurate and bless the tournament. The programme will be presided by Dr. G. S. Chandrashekar, Hon. Secretary of Poornaprajna Institute of Management. The Guests of Honor will comprise of Sri Kota Srinivas Poojari, Minister for Muzarayi & Fisheries, Ports and Inland Transport, Karnataka Government, Sri K. Raghupathi Bhat, M.L.A, Udupi Constituency, Sri Yashpal Suvarna, president, Udupi – DK Fisheries Federation Ltd, Sri Pradeep Kumar, Advocate and Hon. Treasurer, Poornaprajna Institute of Management.
The Valedictory Programme will be scheduled on 21st September 2019, at 4.30 pm. His Holiness Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji, President of Sri Admar Mutt Education Council will preside over the function and Sri Pradeep Kumar, Advocate and Hon. Treasurer, Poornaprajna Institute of Management will preside over the function. Prof. P. Subramanya Yadapadithaya, Vice-Chancellor of Mangalore University, Sri Pramod Madhwaraj, Ex. Sports Minister, Karnataka Govt, Dr. Kishore Kumar C.K, Director of Physical Education, Mangalore University, Dr. G. S Chandrashekhar, Hon. Secretary of Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Dr. M. R. Hegde, Joint Secretary, PIM, Udupi will comprise of Guest of Honor.
