Women must possess the confidence and freedom to make their choices in personal and professional life. Women empowerment seeks to stimulate this confidence by providing necessary support to realise their skills they possess and to nurture and polish them because women invest their skills and capabilities in their families and communities significantly and improve wealth and quality of life for themselves and their families.
