
The Company Presentation session under Prajna Vaibhavam was conducted at the Prajna Hall of the Institute on 8th May 2026. The session featured presentations by two teams from the First Year MBA (2025–27 Batch), showcasing their innovative company concepts and business plans.

The two presenting teams and their respective company presentations were:
- Team F presented their business concept titled “Helmora”
- Team M presented their business concept titled “Evercane”
The session was attended by the Director of the Institute, Dr. P. S. Aithal, along with faculty members from the Department of MBA. Valuable feedback on the students’ performances was provided by Dr. Krishna Kothai. The presentations were evaluated by the external judge Prof. P. Kodancha and faculty member Prof. Venkatesh Shetty.

The event commenced with a warm welcome delivered by Mr. Pratham Jogi. The session was compered by Dr. Diana Saldanha, Faculty Coordinator for Prajna Vaibhavam. The program concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. Riya Pinto.

Questions and Feedback for Team F – “Helmora”
Following the presentation, an interactive question-and-answer session was conducted. Students, faculty members, and judges raised several insightful questions regarding the business model, innovation, marketing strategy, product functionality, and scalability of the concept.

The questions raised for Team F were as follows:
- Team A – Prathviraj questioned the justification of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Dr. P. S. Aithal asked questions regarding the viability of the business, product pricing, compensation management, and salary structure.
- Team K – Hena asked how the product would help during emergency situations.
- Team L – Nihan questioned the strategy to become the market leader in the segment.
- Team I – Anwesh asked about the team’s sales pitch.
- Team B – Apritha enquired about future product lines.
- Team C – Jnanambha questioned the backup plan in case of product failure.
- Prof. P. Kodancha asked how the company would handle traffic signals and implement safety riding innovations.
- Prof. Venkatesh Shetty questioned the battery charging options.
- Team D – Nethravathi asked about the marketing and awareness strategy.
- Team G – Rolita asked about the inspiration behind the company name.
- Team H – Sinchana questioned the weather resistance and warranty aspects of the product.
- Team E – Poornesh asked how gender influences market strength and whether the system could be hacked.
- Team P – Vaishnavi questioned the pricing strategy and target audience.
- Team O – Sathwik raised questions regarding the viability of distribution channels.
- Team N – Rakshitha asked how the product would function if the battery discharged midway.
- Team J – Chirag questioned the company’s plans for international expansion and the weight of the product.

At the conclusion of the interaction, Dr. Krishna Kothai appreciated the innovative nature of the presentation and commented positively on the creativity demonstrated by Team F.

Questions and Feedback for Team M – “Evercane”
Team M’s presentation on “Evercane” also witnessed an engaging interaction session, where participants and judges raised questions focusing on sustainability, raw material sourcing, competition, marketing strategies, and operational risks.
The questions raised for Team M were as follows:
- Dr. P. S. Aithal questioned the challenges highlighted in the SWOC analysis.
- Team F – Priyanka asked how the company would manage seasonality in raw materials.
- Team I – Ananya questioned how the team could guarantee the success of the product.
- Team J – Chaithra asked about the biggest risk associated with the product.
- Prof. Venkatesh Shetty questioned the target audience for the product.
- Team K – Kanchana and Ganesh asked how the product was sustainable and at what cost raw materials were procured.
- Prof. P. Kodancha questioned how the company planned to compete with established manufacturers in procuring raw materials.
- Team L – Neha and Nihan asked about the core idea and inspiration behind the product.
- Team N – Rakshitha questioned how consistent raw material supply would be ensured.
- Team O – Sakshi asked about the strategic advantage of the business.
- Team P – Sonica questioned why sugarcane and other industrial waste materials were selected.
- Team E – Prathvin asked about alternative backup raw materials.
- Team H – Sushma questioned the local marketing strategy.
- Team G – Sharanya asked about the potential risks associated with the business.
- Team D – Megha questioned the issue of seasonality.
- Team C – Kavana asked how plastic cup users would be convinced to switch to the proposed product.
- Team B – Ananth questioned how an increase in farmers’ prices would affect the final product pricing.
- Team A – Adithya questioned the differences between the presentation submitted in class and the one presented during the session.

In his concluding remarks, Dr. Krishna Kothai commented that the presentation required more detailed homework and research regarding agricultural raw materials and related aspects.

The session concluded successfully with active participation from students and faculty members. The presentations provided an excellent platform for MBA students to demonstrate their entrepreneurial thinking, presentation skills, business acumen, and innovative ideas under the banner of Prajna Vaibhavam.
