A Training Programme on “Improving Effectiveness” was held at Poornaprajna Institute of Management on 03-08.2018. All the office staff of the institute attended in the programme. Dr. Krishna Kothai was the Chief Resource Person. He insisted that one will find full satisfaction in the job, in every activity, in life, if he plays the game the way it should be played. Prof. Bharathi Karanth introduced the resource person and stressed the need for the training. Dr. Bharath, Director of the Institute stressed the need for improving efficiency, the imperatives of recognizing the problems and offering solutions. Dr. Naveen, Senior Faculty of the Institute was also present on this occasion and gave his inputs.
