The Department of MBA conducted an engaging and intellectually stimulating session under the banner of “Prajna Vaibhavam” on 20th June 2025. The event, designed to enhance critical thinking and public speaking skills, featured a series of structured debates on contemporary socio-economic issues.
The topics discussed during the session were:
- Women in Leadership: Are Gender Quotas Needed in Corporate and Politics ?
- Do Coalition Governments Deliver Better Governance Than Single-Party Rule ?
A total of two student teams actively participated. The event served as an excellent platform for students to explore diverse perspectives, collaborate as teams, and gain confidence in public speaking.
The debate session was judged by Dr. Bharath V. and Dr. Bharathi Karanth, faculty members from the MBA Department. Dr. Krishna Kothai, Professor of the Institute, graced the event and offered valuable feedback to the students.
The program was successfully coordinated by students Ms. Meghana, Mr. Prajwal and Ms. Kavya sheshagiri. The overall event was organized and overseen by Prof. Ramakrishna.
