Dr. Sureshramana Mayya, Professor and Dean of Poornaprajna Institute of Management took a session on “Enhancing Employablity” to the students of Commerce and Management on 5th September 2019 at Mini Auditorium of Poornaprajna College. With the help of experiential learning and examples, he explained in detail self-esteem, confidence building, emotional intelligence, methods of building strong self-esteem and coping with challenges. Prof. Shivakumar, Head of the Department of Commerce and Management presided over the function. Ms. Jayalakshmi, Senior Faculty of the Department introduced the resource person, Ms. Preetha Maipady, faculty of the department proposed a vote of thanks.
