National Conference on “Sustainable Leadership and Technological Innovation for a Resilient Future” (NCSLTIRF) – 2024
A one day National Conference on “Sustainable Leadership and Technological Innovation for a Resilient Future” (NCSLTIRF) – 2024 was organized at Poornaprajna Institute of Management Udupi on 21 December 2024.
Prof. T. Narayana Shanubhogue, Advisor, Renewable Energy Resources & Systems and also Former Principal, Canara Engineering College, Mangaluru was the chief guest. After formally inaugurating the conference in his inaugural address he highlighted the challenges faced especially in technological domain during his professional life. He emphasized that, during 1970s very few technology-driven industries were. He urged the participants to indulge in research and thereby contribute to the society. He being one of the very first batch students of Poornaprajna college cherished his student days in this campus and wished the current and future students of Poornaprajna group of institutions would continue to contribute to the society in the days to come.
Shri. CA Prashanth Holla T., Honorary Secretary of PIM in his presidential address congratulated the team who worked hard to make this event a successful one.
Dr. P. Sreeramana Aithal, Director of PIM gave a prelude to the conference and welcomed the gathering through his welcome address. Dr. Bharath V., convener of the conference proposed the vote of thanks.
The program was compeered by Prof. Venugopala Rao A S, academic coordinator for MCA Department. Ms. Deeksha and Ms. Shrinidhi students of 2nd year MBA invoked blessings of the Almighty.
During the inaugural ceremony, the Proceedings of the National Conference on Emerging Trends in Management and Information Technology, held on 29 June 2024, held at PIM during June 2024 and the book of abstracts of this conference were released. The same may be viewed using the links below.

After the inaugural function, Prof. Dr. Ramanathan Srinivasan, Fellow, IIAS, Simla, Dr. D. M. Aravind Mallik, Associate Professor, PESITM, Shivamogga, Dr. Mahesh K. M. Principal, SBM Jain Evening College, Bangalore, Dr. Raviraj Holla M., Assistant Professor (Senior Scale), Dept. of I&CT, MIT, Manipal gave the keynote addresses on their area of expertise.
About 45 research papers from research scholars from other institutions, faculty and student members of Poornaprajna Group of institutions.
