The Poornaprajna Institute of Management (PIM) held its prestigious “Poorna Shiksha Samavarthana,” the course completion ceremony for the MBA Batch 2022-2024, on [date]. The event was graced by His Holiness Shri Shri Ishapriya Theertha Swamiji, President and Chairman of Poornaprajna Group of Institutions, as well as esteemed dignitaries including Prof. Dr. M.S. Moodithaya, Honourable Vice Chancellor of NITTE Deemed to be University, who served as the Chief Guest.
The program began with the dignitaries being ceremoniously escorted to the dais by Dr. P.S. Aithal, Director of PIM. The event’s Master of Ceremony, Dr. Bharathi Karanth, led the proceedings. After a solemn prayer rendered by 1st-year MBA students, a Veda Ghosha was chanted, invoking divine blessings for the occasion.
In a traditional gesture, the Director and members of the Governing Council offered fruits to His Holiness Swamiji, followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Swamiji, officially marking the inauguration of the event. Dr. P.S. Aithal delivered the welcome address, introducing the dignitaries and offering a floral welcome along with Dr. Bharath and other faculty members.
The event proceeded with the much-anticipated oath-taking ceremony led by Dr. A.P. Bhat, Administrative Officer of Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council (USAMEC), where the graduating students pledged to uphold ethical standards in their professional and personal lives.
The central part of the ceremony was the awarding of the Course Completion Certificates. The Chief Guest, accompanied by the Secretary and Treasurer of the Governing Council, presented the certificates to the students, while Swamiji blessed each student with a memento as a symbol of their academic achievement and spiritual growth.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of a memento to the Chief Guest by His Holiness Swamiji, followed by a vote of thanks by Dr. Bharath. The program ended with the National Anthem, a photo session with the dignitaries, and refreshments for all attendees.
The event was attended by the faculty of both the MBA and MCA programs, as well as principals of sister institutions, prominent dignitaries r respected professors and administrative officers. Parents of the graduating students also witnessed the event through a YouTube livestream, making the occasion truly inclusive.
This grand celebration of the academic journey of the MBA students was a fitting tribute to their hard work and commitment, marking the beginning of their next chapter in life as proud alumni of Poornaprajna Institute of Management.
