patriot and the social reformer India has seen..
Shruthi Raj of 2nd MBA was invited to participate in the panel discussion pertaining to the captioned conference.She made a robust argument
in the context of “Glass Celiling” connected to women empowerment at workplace.
Shruthi Raj shared her insights on glass celing which is mainly pridominant in corporate sector. In general it was observed that though women
empowerment in the country is positively orchestrated , in reality the situation is not rosy, Shruthi concluded.
As a token of participation , Shruthi brought a memorable momento to the institution.
