POORNOTSAV- THE CULTURAL CLUB OF PIM

Culture plays a special role in the blossoming of life and in upholding peace, progress and prosperity in society. It can even contribute to the creation of national invincibility. Unity in diversity is the hallmark of Indian culture.  India is a repository of the multiplicity of castes, religions, customs, regions and languages.  India is home to most of the religions whose members live in peaceful coexistence despite differences in lifestyles, practices and rites.

Cultural integrity and co-existence are very much essential to promote peace and harmony in everyone’s lives.  To have a better professional career it is very much important to adjust to different cultures at the workplace and to overcome cultural shocks.  Cultural adaptation promotes a key to success in professional life.
