Entrepreneurship Development Cell of PIM aims at developing the personality, leadership and Communication abilities of the MBA students through various training programs to enable them to be successful entrepreneurs.  Team work is the most important factor contributing the development and success of any organisation. A good entrepreneur is required to be a good team player. Teamwork is crucial for a successful entrepreneur. Hence a workshop on “Dynamics of Functioning in a Team” was organised on 18th October 2023 at Prajna Hall, by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Poornaprajna Institute of Management. The workshop was conducted by Dr. Ajaya, Assistant Professor, Government First Grade College and Centre for Post Graduate Studies, Haleyangadi, Mangalore. Dr. Ajaya through conducting various management games and activities demonstrated the importance of Team work. He narrated the components for successful teamwork and the factors contributing to failure of the teams. The programme began with an inspirational song stimulating positivity among the participants by Ms. Navya Prabhu and Ms.Ashwini of 1st MBA. Mr. Akash Shetty welcomed the guest and gathering. Ms. Sushmitha S Jattanna introduced the resource person. Mr. Adarsh of 1st MBA proposed formal vote of thanks. Mr. Pavan Prashanth Kotemane was the master of ceremony of the programme. Dr. Bharath V presided over the programme. Dr. Bharathi Karanth, coordinator of Entrepreneurship Development Cell organised the programme. Students of 1st year MBA, members of the Teaching and Non-teaching staff attended the programme.
