Report on the Second Session of Prajnavibavam – 2025

The second session of Prajnavibavam for the first-year MBA students of both Section A and B was successfully conducted every Thursday during the months of February and March 2025. Each session spanned two hours and was focused on enhancing analytical and presentation skills through practical learning.

As part of the programme, 14 student groups—each comprising six members—conducted detailed company analysis presentations. The companies analyzed by the respective groups included: Hindustan Unilever, ITC Hotels, HDFC Bank, Netflix, Amazon India, Larsen & Toubro, Bharti Airtel, Nestlé India, Asian Paints, Zomato Ltd., Samsung India, Radisson Hotels, Maruti Suzuki, and Coca-Cola India Ltd. Each group was evaluated based on depth of research, analytical insight, presentation clarity, and strategic recommendations.

The sessions were closely monitored and guided by the esteemed academic panel comprising Dr. Sriramana Aithal, Director of the Institute, Dr. Krishna Kothai, Emeritus Professor, and Dr. Bharath V., Professor. The faculty mentors provided constructive feedback and actionable suggestions for further refinement of the analyses, significantly contributing to the students’ learning outcomes.

The programme was smoothly coordinated by a team of dedicated student volunteers who took turns managing the weekly sessions. The student coordinators included Ms. Sahana, Ms. Shreya, Mr. Manjunath, Ms. Nisarga, Mr. Gurang, Ms. Sushmitha Suvarna, Mr. Prajwal, Ms. Neeksha, Ms. Bhoomika, and Ms. Meghna. Their commitment to organizing the sessions, facilitating logistics, and ensuring timely execution played a crucial role in the programme’s success.

Overall, the second session of Prajnavibavam served as a valuable experiential learning platform that nurtured critical thinking, team collaboration, and real-world business insight among the first-year MBA students.
