The department of Computer Applications, Poornaprajna Institute of Management, had organized a 4 Days’ Hands-on workshop on Web Development at the institute premises from 09 July 2024 to 12 July 2024.
This workshop was for the benefit of the 2nd semester MCA students. The prime objective of this workshop was to create and nurture the interest of the students in the field of web development and also to enable them to take up some real time projects and support them to be independent web developers.
The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Abhishek Kunder, Software developer, Prolake Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Sasthan Udupi. During the workshop. Many web technologies like, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, were dealt in detail along with the brief introduction of web hosting.
During the valedictory ceremony of the workshop, Dr P S Aithal while addressing the participants, enhanced the importance of web development skills in current days also he emphasized the opportunities available for web developers. Mr. Abhishek Kunder, while addressing complimented the students who involved very actively in the workshop. Mr. Kishan and Ms. Chaya, participants of the workshop shared their experiences and learning during the workshop.
