Four proud alumni from the batch of 2009-11 of PIM visited the campus on Friday, May 3, 2024, and met with the new Director of PIM, Dr. P.Sreeramana. Aithal.
The alumni are Mr. Sanjay Shet, Manager, Commercial and Pricing at Mphasis; Mr. Manjunath Gundalli, Senior Manager at Vijaya Bank; Mr. Ramesh Rajanna, Senior Manager at State Street Corporation; and Mr. Kevin Morrison D’Mello, National Sales Manager at Suprema India.
During the visit, the alumni reminisced about their MBA days and shared suggestions on how to better prepare students for the corporate world. The Director assured them that their inputs would be duly considered and encouraged them to maintain communication with PIM.
Subsequently, the alumni met with faculty members, some of whom had been their professors during their time at PIM and expressed gratitude for their contributions to their career success.
Following this, there was an interaction session between the alumni and the current batch of MBA students. The students shared their concerns, dreams, and aspirations, while the alumni provided guidance and advice based on their experiences.
Overall, the visit concluded on a nostalgic note, and PIM extends its gratitude to the alumni for taking the time out of their busy schedules to visit their alma mater. PIM looks forward to continued engagement with alumni in the future.
