Literary Club of Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Udupi has celebrated âMatribhasha Diwasâ (Mother Tongue Day) on 21st of February, 2024 at Prajna Hall of the Institute. The club organised Elocution Competition on the topic âMy Home Townâ where the contestants spoke in their respective mother tongue. The contestants spoke in different languages which included Kannada, Tulu and even Telugu. Faculty members of the Institute Prof. Santhosh N Prabhu and Prof. Diana Saldanha judged the performance of the students. Director of the Institute Dr. Bharath V and other faculty members were present during the competition. Literary Club student co-ordinator from second year MBA Ms. Sushmitha coordinated the whole event.
