It was an indeed a joyful learning experience for all the final year MBA students of Poornaprajna Institute Of Management on their visit to the most happening radio station of Mangalore “Radio Mirchi” on March 1st Tuesday of 2022. The visit to Radio Mirchi was worthwhile filled with lots of fun and learning at the same time. The Radio Jockeys RJ Ajay and RJ Anushri along with thier marketing team and the Station Head Mr. Alok Srivastava interacted with the students and gave them useful insights about the working of various management functions of radio like operations, programming, sales & marketing , human resource etc. All students had a previlige to walk into the ON-AIR studio and also witness the RJs go on-air live before thier eyes. The students were flabbergasted looking at the level of energy and creativity of the RJs and the very demanding work of the station. The staff of the station were very hospitable and kind to provide refreshments to the students and conduct some games to make the visit more memorable. Poornaprajna Insitute of Management feels delighted to be associated with Radio Mirchi Mangalore and thanks the team of the station for their support.
