· PGCET Admit Card (Original & One Xerox copy)

· Study Certificate of 7 years (Original & One Xerox copy)

· Two Passport size and Two Stamp Size Photographs

· Migration Certificate, in case of Students from other Universities (Original & One Xerox copy)

· Provisional Pass Certificate/Convocation Certificate, in case of Students from other Universities (Original & One Xerox copy)

· SC/ST Certificate (Original & One Xerox copy, if applicable)

· Caste & Income Certificate (Original & One Xerox copy, if applicable)
