An expert lecture on the topic “Positive Attitude for a Successful Professional Career ” was jointly organised by the HR forum and Placement Cell of PIM on December 19th 2013 at PIM . Dr.P.V.Bhandary , medical director of AV Baliga Hospital ,Doddanagudde was the resource person for this workshop. Dr.Bhandary highlighted the importance of positive attitude in securing good placements and in having professional career . Positive attitude results in professionalism he said. He stressed that attitude is a part of personality and good personality results in successful career development . The programme was attended by all the faculty members of the institution along with the students of PIM. The programme was presided by Dr.M.R.Hegde the director of PIM.
