THE HUMAN RESOURCES CLUB

 

The Human Resources and Management Club at Poornaprajna Institute of Management aims to assist as an exorbitant resource for both the Human Resource Management students and those students who are riveted in personal and professional development by providing skill development, hands-on exposure, in depth training in the distinct Human Resources domain.

This involves field trips, conducting social surveys, participating in learning sessions and interacting with some of the top business houses around the region.

UNITY: The HR club believes that when there is Harmony, there is more strength in views, improved communication and enhanced understanding. A composed unity with bonding, attention, affection and accord provides the real spirit of life.

PASSION: The HR club creates a hunger in the students’ eyes for seeking never-ending knowledge. When this Knowledge and learning becomes a necessity, the students follow the passion and the need to achieve something becomes more intense.

SERVICE: Students are the major stakeholders of society. Today’s students are tomorrow’s leaders. The HR Club believes that by serving the society it will serve them well in life and career.

CREATIVITY: A good environment always has some fundamentals of creativity which makes the learning more interesting and interactive. The right mix of creativity along with the course/program helps students to be innovative and also encourages them to learn new things. The HR Club believes that students can grow up as excellent communicators in addition to improving their emotional and social skills.

SEAMLESSNESS: The HR Club aims to create a seamless learning milieu among the students, where what is learned is experienced practically and there is no boundary or restriction to exhibit one’s talent and skill.
