At PIM, we believe the learning environment plays a very important role in the whole education process.

Over the years, the campus has blossomed into an aesthetic combination of lush greenery and modern facilities that are updated as and when change happens.

The classrooms at PIM do not just create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning but, in a sense, nurture the quest for knowledge that the students possess. Well-furnished spacious classrooms and lecture halls gives the future managers and technocrats a focused arena to develop their personalities.

PIM has unique Digitized Learning Centre and equips all the relevant information available at a click for emerging global managers who go through the grind to equip themselves with right skills and expertise to achieve standards in various functional areas of management.

Students who opt for hostel facility see that there are comfortable living facilities created especially for them with their needs in mind.

Exciting recreational facilities include a gymnasium, grounds equipped for holding cricket, football matches. PIM provides a fully air-conditioned auditorium that acts as a common ground for students, faculty and corporate personalities for regular interfaces, conferences and other events. The auditorium has the capacity of seating 150 people at a time. It is equipped with latest sound system which enhances the effect of conferences, seminars, symposiums and other cultural events. For events of a smaller scale, the Seminar Hall equipped with advanced presentation tools, is an ideal venue.

Poornaprajna Institute of Management has enough and adequate infrastructure as per AICTE norms. Following are the facilities provided by the institution for quality achievement in teaching- learning process.

Classrooms

The institution has a sufficient number of well-furnished, well ventilated, with comfortable seating and spacious classrooms with a seating capacity of 60 students  for conducting theory classes. Green boards are available in all the classrooms.

Additional Classrooms

Poornaprajna Institute of Management has enough well-furnished 3 additional classrooms with a seating capacity of 20 students for soft skill activities and specialization classes.

Technology Enabled Classroom

All the classes have been provided with LCD Projectors, Optical Fibre based high-speed internet facility, quality furniture, fans, Customized Computer Fitted Podiums and sound system in main classrooms to enable the faculty to communicate with students effectively. There are five technology-enabled classrooms in the institution having in a total of 2540 sq.mts.

The Auditorium, “Prajna Hall”

The Poornaprajna Institute of Management has an Air Conditioned well-furnished, multimedia enabled, LCD fitted with digital recordingfacility auditorium, namely, “Prajna Hall”,  it has a seating capacity of 150 persons.  

UPS Facility

The institution further has provided the UPS facility for providing uninterrupted power  and all 60 computers of the Institute are backed up by Centralized UPS System.

Staffrooms and Faculty Lounge

The Institute has two separate sets of staffrooms. Independent furnished cabins have been provided to all the staff with computers and internet facilities. Totally, there are 12 faculty cabins.  There is a separate faculty lounge to facilitate discussion and relaxing.

Placement Cell and Academic Counselling Hall

Institute has separate room with AC for placement activities which is called as Poornakash.and a room for academic counselling.

Spacious Office and Student Facilities

Institute has furnished spacious office with all the modern office facilities. Students can easily access the staffrooms and offices. Standard rest rooms, washing and drinking water facilities are provided to the staff and students. It has spacious cafeteria also.

Library

Well-furnished library having computer, internet facilities and photocopying services is provided to students and the faculty with a seating capacity of 38. Library has separate reading room for the faculty and students. It has a separate newspaper and magazines sections.

Library has computer facility with internet connection. Nearly 600 books are added during the last five years.

The library staff help the students and teachers to search online journals, books etc. In the library suggestion box is available to get the users feedback to improve the services.

PIM Library has following additional facility.

N-List: The PIM has already provided remote access of N-List to all the faculty and students. They are allowed to use this library at home also. The institution has already provided password details to students.

National Digital Library of India – All the students and faculty are being provided individual username and password of National Digital Library of India and they are allowed to access this library at campus and at home.

E-Book Library through Reader for PC

Several thousands of eBooks on various topics like Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, HR, Organizational Behaviour, Soft Skills, Innovation, etc. have been made available off line to students through Reader for PC. It has many audio books also.

Computer Laboratory

A Computer Lab with 30 computers, internet facilities and LCD with latest software exists.

  • Beyond the mandatory requirements of the University Syllabus, the institution imparts computer skill training to the students. The PIM has license obtained through Microsoft Volume Licensing.
  • Latest computer application is taught to the students, institute has appointed two staff members exclusively to teach computer skills to the students.
  • Separate hours are allotted to the students to learn computer skills.
  • Some corporate or other universities are using our lab to conduct online test for our students as well as for others.
